John Bai

Director, Security Response APJ, Symantec

Joined Symantec in 2005, John is currently the Director of Symantec Security Response. Carrying over 15 years’ experience in Internet and Cyber Security, John is responsible for Security Response’s operations in APJ, and oversees security incidents take place in the region. In this role, John leads a team of security experts to conduct comprehensive research against today's complex threats, security risks and attacks; and to provide, 24x7 respond to guard our customers around the region and across the world. John is also one of the funding members of Security Response in Asia. Prior to joining Security Response, John had served key management positions in various functions of Symantec, including Enterprise Support, Product R&D, and most recently the Country Manager for Symantec’s Norton Business.
