Mr. Mohamed Nasser Ismail has been Senior Vice President, Head Capital Market Development and Head Capital Market Development at Singapore Exchange Limited since January 2016 and served as its Head of Regulatory Development & Policy since June 2011 until January 2012 and Head of Development & Listings.
Prior to joining SGX in 2005, Mr Nasser was State Counsel with the Attorney General’s Chambers. He graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Upper Division) from National University of Singapore in 1998.
