I just returned from my first trip to China, taking 5 Israeli startups to the beautiful island of Hainan to pitch and meet with dozens of Chinese investors hungry for new technology. In just 2 days of networking, I learned more about business in China than in years of working with incoming Chinese delegations in Israel.

He has given numerous talks in Singapore and abroad to research institutes, universities, governments, and industry bodies. He is an author of Halsbury's Laws of Singapore - E-Commerce and Halsbury's Laws of Malaysia - E-Commerce (both editions). He also co-wrote the Singapore chapter of "Electronic Evidence" and the Singapore chapter of "Higher Education". Bryan also has a regular column on ZDNet on legal tech issues.
